OEQA CONCLUDES FINAL STAKEHOLDERS’ ENGAGEMENT ON 2026/2027 HARMONIZED ACADEMIC CALENDAR
The Office of Education Quality Assurance, OEQA, has successfully concluded the final Stakeholders’ Engagement on the 2026/2027 Harmonized Academic Calendar for schools below tertiary level in Lagos State.
The engagement was held on Wednesday, 1 July 2026 at the Education Resource Centre, Ojodu, Ikeja, with representatives of private school owners’ associations, school administrators, education district officials, examination bodies, top officials of OEQA, and other key stakeholders in attendance.
The outcome of the deliberations will be forwarded for the consideration and approval of the Honourable Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Mr. Jamiu Tolani Alli-Balogun, after which the official commencement date for the 2026/2027 academic session will be announced.
