Permanent Secretary Commends OEQA Capacity Development Initiative

The ongoing 10-Day Capacity Development Training for OEQA Evaluators,* themed “Building a High-Performing Education Quality Assurance Workforce,” received another boost with a goodwill message from the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, Mrs Abisola Dokunmu-Adegbite

In her goodwill message, the Permanent Secretary commended the Office of Education Quality Assurance OEQA for organising the capacity development programme, noting the importance of continuous learning and professional development in strengthening the quality assurance workforce.

The Permanent Secretary encouraged the participating officers to make meaningful use of the knowledge and skills acquired during the training and to translate them into improved professional practice in their various responsibilities.

The message further underscored the importance of collaboration, professionalism, integrity and commitment to ensuring that education quality assurance continues to contribute effectively to improved standards and better learning outcomes across Lagos State.

The Office of Education Quality Assurance appreciates the Permanent Secretary for her goodwill message and continued support towards strengthening the capacity of education quality assurance personnel.
