Day 5: Strengthening Capacity Across Districts I and IV
Day 5 of the ongoing 10-Day Capacity Development Training for OEQA Evaluators featured the participation of officers from Districts I and IV.
The continued engagement of officers across the various districts reflects the Office of Education Quality Assurance’s commitment to strengthening the capacity of its workforce through continuous professional development.
The training provides an opportunity for officers to enhance their professional knowledge, sharpen their technical competencies, share experiences and acquire practical skills that will further improve their effectiveness in carrying out their education quality assurance responsibilities.
As the programme progresses, OEQA remains committed to building a competent, professional, evidence-driven and high-performing workforce capable of contributing meaningfully to the continuous improvement of education standards across Lagos State.
